About Jacob Stolar

Born and raised in Chanhassen, Minnesota, Jacob grew up playing every team sport as a kid, inspiring his love and outlet of competition. After playing baseball and basketball in high school, Jacob found the weight room in college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He found CrossFit in 2021, and his passion was born. After moving from Chicago to Nashville, Jacob started business school at Vanderbilt and joined the CFEN team in 2025!
He loves teaching gymnastics movements and interacting helping athletes achieve their “first” rep of new skills! He also is passionate about competing and helping people prepare for competitions. When not coaching or training, he enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, finding new tv shows to watch, and traveling.
